This breed sheep are marked for industrial classification as lambskin-dairy, and for zoological - as long-thin tailed.
Additional information comments
Dominant gene shyrazi (grey colour) when homogenous causes chronical tympany and lambs death in 3-4 months' age, while they were not used for lambskin producing when 1-3 days old.
Special characteristic of product
incredible lambskins. Sokilian sheep give 55-60 % grey and 40-45 % black lambskins.
